Actually when I became king I got rid of nap it was top five alliance’s only and the rest were fair game I felt that created a divide amongst the players and came with it animosity so I got rid of it and made everyone fair game brought it to and equal stance at first they were upset but by the end of the reign that time everyone had felt it improved the server and improved svs to as they were cooperating again

Sometimes servers just have to test out what works best for the alliances that share the space.
There is no real guidebook that works for everyone so you always have to adapt if you change to a new server.
