I think that special ant invertabase are too hard to get and should be easier to get.
Also, any tips for my formation? I’m trying to work out which ants I should use out of those 3, bullet ant. Soon I hope to get wise berserker, then I’ll use him. I have the awakening for predator and bullet ant.

I understand you’re having difficulty collecting Special Ant Invertase and also want help with your troop setup.
Special Ant Invertase is available weekly from Saturday to Sunday in the VIP Store, where you can purchase it using diamonds.
It’s also occasionally available through events by completing specific tasks, so keeping an eye on event rotations will help you gather more.
Regarding your formation: the ants you mentioned (Predator, Bullet Ant, etc.) are currently outdated and not very effective in the current meta, even with Awakening. I wouldn’t recommend investing further in them long-term.
If you’re planning to get Wise Berserker, that’s a much better direction. To give you a proper formation suggestion, I’ll need to know which other orange (Special) ants you currently have.

I’m not paying 100k diamonds for 5 invertabase. Also, I’m f2p. We are hopefully about to go into a season so I hope to get some better ants.
I understand your perspective, it can definitely feel tough to gather diamonds as an F2P player, and spending 100k on a single item seems overwhelming. But it’s not impossible.
Colony Actions (CAs) are your best friend here. They run every hour, and many of them reward a solid amount of diamonds.
As an F2P player myself, I’d recommend completing at least 3 CAs daily. Over time, this adds up and makes it much easier to afford important items from the VIP store.
Try to align your CAs with the current SVS day. For example, if it’s SVS Build Day, focus on CAs that reward you for upgrading or enhancing buildings.
This way, you’re progressing in SVS while also earning CA rewards, basically getting double value for your effort.
Some CAs are especially easy and consistent. Mass Development (like hatching soldier ants) is a great example, it appears frequently and can give around 4k diamonds with relatively low effort.
Also, don’t forget to check the CA calendar. It shows which CAs are coming up and their timings, and you can adjust it to your local time. Planning ahead helps you target the most rewarding CAs efficiently.
