Сложилась ситуация что нужно передать титул короля, как правильно это сделать?

It certainly depends on the situation you’re in.
If your alliance won the tree fight on Saturday, the R5 of the alliance get’s to assign the king position to a player, currently on the server map.
If you hold the king position and you want to leave the server, you get asked to select another player to take over your king position, so you can leave.
Same, if you are going into an event like Lost Island, Barren Land or Vast Jungle.
