Story
Scientific name: Camponotus coloratus
Mainly distributed in Central and South American regions such as Argentina, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, and Paraguay. They have a massive body, with a maximum length of up to 2.5 cm. They are highly skilled at building their nests on wood, and are therefore also known as carpenter ants.
