Story
Scientific name: Meranoplus bicolor
This ant species is primarily found in Southeast Asia. It is an omnivorous animal that remains active both during the day and night. They pick up small animals and insects killed by others, and also take care of aphids on plants. These ants are typically not preyed upon by other insects due to their unique long spines and soft hairs covering their bodies, which are toxic. Additionally, they have a defensive behavior of rolling into a ball and feigning death to deceive enemies.
