It’s is a recent change that allows iOS users to redeem codes as well.
Example with my account…
https://theants.allstarunion.com/#/convert
You need to log in with the same option as your account is connected.
Is your main connection Facebook > then choose Facebook.
UPDATE: The site was changed to login through in Game IDs!
IMPORTANT!
The reward doesn’t show up in a message or pop up as normally.
The items will be directly added into your inventory and show up with a red dot.

How do you even get to that screen though? I’m super new to this game

That screen is a partial screenshot form an internet page. You can redeem the codes in the game itself. You need to log yourself in via the official Ants internet page.
