I just got promoted as an R4 and also hold the position of Recruiter. If anyone who is very experienced in this position plz let me know the recruiters role. I have some ideas on what is required. For the position it’s responsible for inviting people in your alliance, check majority players how they are , and find players suitable for your alliance and their rules.also responsible for advertising for alliance.
