When the preview period ends will cross server convocation open immediately or will there be another step in the process before we can apply for it?

When you return to the main zone from the season, CSC will be active on the first day of the next week (Monday).

When will be locked in for the BL that the registration period ends in 2 days? Is at reset in a little over an hour?
