Dear Ruler,
Previously, an issue occurred with the war declaration function for some alliances: due to the status of previously occupied fortresses not refreshing in time, certain alliances were unable to initiate their next War Declaration because the required conditions were not met. Our engineers have now fixed this issue.
Alliance members who encountered this problem, please log in to the game, go to the “Camp Territory” interface, tap the Camp Outpost coordinates, then swipe to view the Fortress that the Outpost belongs to, and tap the Fortress to view its details to refresh its occupation status.
