if you are in 1000+ server and want to migrate on newest server? are you able to do it? when and how?
its for Queen Level 25.

The limit determined for immigration or CSC is the accepted limit for a period of time. It varies depending on the active community in the server ranges, but it is not possible for us to predict.

So you should wait until migration or CSC is active.
