Considering that you are on Server 797 and have Lost Island / Barren Land available in the Event sections, this means that a “Migration” will not open for you guys anymore.
Older servers have the “Cross Server Convocation” to switch between servers.
An alliance on your desired server needs to open the option.
Afterwards you can send an application which they need to accept.
