Regarding your Game ID, here are a few ways you can try to find it:

Check if you have an old screenshot of your profile saved on your device.

Look back at past reward posts or events where you might have shared your ID on the Facebook page, forum, or Discord.
If none of these options work, you will need to open a support ticket and provide the exact in-game nickname, your current server number, your email address, or a purchase transaction ID related to the account. With this information, the Fairy will be able to locate your Account ID and help you recover your access.
