I have joined an alliance but it doesnt give me the “help me build” option can anyone help me or give me a reason why?

It’s possible that players aren’t building anything during your active hours, or it could be a visual bug.
If you have tried options such as restarting the phone or deleting and reinstalling the game and you still cannot get a good result. You can communicate with our fairies.
You can use the LINE app or the discord community server.
