How is this even possible ?

Are you currently doing Lost Island? If so, is this R5 from an alliance you are matched with?
Has the R5 created an account on your server, in order to talk with your alliance?
No, we haven’t signed up for Barren Land nor Lost Island.
We are on Server 29# and received a message from an R5 on Server 11#.
