I’ve been playing this game almost a year now. I’ve reached level 25 and amplification upgrade 1. I named my anthill “sugar rush.” Two days ago my account cannot open. It says I’ve been disconnected from the server. I have no problem with my internet connection. I’ve also cleared the cache on the app and reinstalled it. App still not working.

Although you mentioned your internet connection is fine, please keep in mind that mobile data can sometimes be more unstable for the game’s server synchronization compared to a Wi-Fi connection.

Select your language in the appropriate channel.

Go to the #ticket channel and click “Create Ticket”.

A new private channel will open. Send your message with your details and wait for a staff member to reply.
- Note: If you don’t see the “Create Ticket” button, make sure your Discord app is updated.
