Are you still in registration phase or already in the next matchmaking phase?
If you passed the registration phase, you can’t cancel your participation in the lost island event.
With the 17th event day you will get the option to leave the island early.
I’d recommend staying the full time though.
You get lots of rewards even if you’re not participating in the fighting.
