Outside of Lost Island, the officer roles in an alliance give only a small increase in salary.
While the alliance is at Lost Island, the roles give a greater increase in rewards at the end of Island and the ability to dismiss alliance members’ troops from alliance towers.
There is no functional difference between the officer roles.
