Explanation for unusual collection during the "Ant Treasure Hunt" (November 16, 2023)

Dear Ruler,

Fairy has found that in certain scenarios, some of the Rulers’ accounts may not be able to receive the reward “Vitality Honeydew” even though they have completed the task requirements in Ant Treasure Hunt.

If this happens on your account, you can try the following steps to solve the problem
Step 1: Use ‘Vitality Honeydew’ to dig once in the ‘Ant Treasure Hunt’ event.
Step 2: After digging in Step 1, do not log out. Immediately complete a daily task to earn any activity points from the daily task, and you will then be able to successfully claim ‘Vitality Honeydew’.

Note: The above steps need to be operated online throughout the process. If there is any offline situation during the steps, you will need to repeat Step 1 and Step 2!

If you have completed the above steps and you are still unable to claim ‘Vitality Honeydew’, please contact Fairy promptly.
