You can create a ticket about “account issue” on the official discord for that.
Moderators and Game Support will help you out there and tell you which information they need from you. Better take Screenshots from everything on your old account. It can be that some things aren’t transfered over correctly. You need proof in that case.
Keep in mind that it can only be done once.

The issue you described may be related to the operating system of your device. Currently, The Ants does not support syncing progress across different operating systems. This means that if your account was created on an Android device, it cannot be accessed on devices running iOS, and vice versa.
